Howard University and NCAS Exchange Program
JISAO partners with NOAA Center for Atmospheric Sciences (NCAS) at Howard University promoting mutual research and educational goals. NCAS is a NOAA consortium of four minority serving institutions (MSIs) and two majority institutions with the four MSIs consisting of the highest enrollments of African American and Hispanic students in the physical sciences, engineering, and atmospheric-related disciplines at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
NCAS/JISAO Interns
JISAO's partnership with Howard University and NCAS was formed to further collaborative scientific exchanges between the institutions, to sponsor seminar and faculty exchanges, and to support research opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students.
