Meet the scientists: A discussion on climate change

Presented by the student environmental group SAGE (Student Association for Green Environments), this climate change presentation and panel is free and open to the public. University of Washington professors and researchers will give an overview of climate change the effects it has on the planet. There will be a Q&A session with the scientists following the presentation.

Presenters include:

  • Thomas Ackerman - Professor, Atmospheric Sciences; Director, Joint Institute for the Study of the Atmosphere and Ocean
  • Nick Bond - Washington State Climatologist
  • Stephen Gardiner - Professor, Philosophy and Ethics
